Happy New Year! Term One has now ended and Family Service Hours Tracking Forms are due MONDAY JANUARY 5th. You can submit your form via the school office or via email at familyservice@ccsunited.ca or by clicking on the fillable form on the right of the Family Service Blog. If your completed form is not received on January 5th your cheque will be cashed.
Just a reminder you must have completed a total of 20 Family Service Hours, including 3 mandatory Maintenance Hours, between June1 and December 31, 2013.
