As part of the 70's themed fundraising night on March 1st, the PFG will be having live and silent auctions. However, they really, REALLY need parents to start soliciting for donations!
They've changed up the process a little this year, to simplify it for volunteers. The businesses they are requesting donations from have been organised by location. They have been compiled into groups of roughly five, and all the letters and further information you need have been put into packets that can be collected from the school office. Once you sign out a packet, you are responsible for delivering the letters, following up with the business, and collecting any donations and delivering them to the school office.
All the time you spend working on this project counts towards your Family Service Hours, and if you get in quick, you'll be able to pick the businesses most convenient to you!
